LEMOYNE, Pa.– Police arrested a Harrisburg man after he crashed his car into a pole with a child in the vehicle while displaying signs of intoxication.
Alberto Gesualdo, 35, was arrested after exhibiting signs of intoxication and being found in possession of a controlled substance.
On June 29 at 10:30 a.m., police responded to a single vehicle crash in the 400 block of S. Third St. in Lemoyne. Upon arrival, police found that the vehicle had been driven into a pole, and that neither Gesualdo nor the child were injured.
As police conversed with Gesualdo, he showed signs of intoxication and was arrested. He refused to submit to a legal blood draw and was transported to Cumberland County Prison.
