LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – East Lampeter Township Police are asking for help from the public in identifying a suspect wanted for Access Device Fraud.
Investigators released several photos of the suspect who used stolen credit/debit card information to fraudulently purchase several hundred dollars worth of gift cards at the Wal-Mart on Lincoln Highway East. She is described as a heavyset woman with long dark hair.
