HALIFAX, Pa. – A mother shows some tough love for her son after she allegedly catches him using heroin.
On Thursday, July 7th, Halifax police responded to a call at a home in the 400 block of Market Street for an active domestic. Upon arrival police learned that, Jesse R. Peiffer, 24, was confronted by his mother where she had accused him of using heroin while sitting inside a car parked outside her house.
During the course of the argument Peiffer learned that the police were called and fled the area on foot. Laying in plain view in the vehicle was a hypodermic needle and empty heroin packets.
Police charged Peiffer with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
