FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. – The Franklin County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant Wednesday morning at the home of Jahleel Antonio Aviles-Charloteen, 844 Raystown Circle, in Southampton Township. The search warrant was obtained as part of an ongoing investigation into the distribution of heroin in the Shippensburg area.

During the search of the residence, investigators found thirty-three bags of heroin, a digital scale, multiple cellular telephones, packaging materials, and a quantity of cash inside the bedroom.  A random sample of the suspected heroin was field-tested and yielded a positive presumptive reaction for the presence of heroin.

Aviles-Charloteen was charged with Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance. Following arraignment he was committed to the Franklin County Jail in lieu of $150,000 bond. His preliminary hearing has been scheduled for July 26, at Franklin County Central Court.
