Missing York County woman needs medications

Sierra Ruth

YORK COUNTY, Pa. –  Northern York County Regional Police are on the look out for a missing 22 year old woman.

Sierra Ruth was reported missing by her parents at about 3:30 p.m. Sunday from her Conewago Township home. She was last seen on foot near Greenbriar Road and/or Bull Road.

She is described as a white female, about 5 feet 4 inches tall, between 175 and 190 pounds. She has long brown hair and brown eyes. Her parents also say she has ear piercings.  She was wearing a white tank top with sequins and ruffles, black spandex type leggings and pink sneakers like KEDS.   She has no identification on her and she did not take a cell phone.

Her parents say she is on medication.

Police have entered her name in the national missing persons registry NCIC.
