WEST EARL TWP., Lancaster County, Pa. –A small black male dog, which appears to be a Chihuahua mixed with another breed, was found near the property of the Fairmount Homes, 333 Wheatridge Drive, on Tuesday, July 19, 2016.
The dog is black with white paw and chest.
