READING TWP., Pa.– State Police are investigating a deadly pedestrian accident in Adams County.

Troopers say it happened around 1:00 a.m. Sunday on the 6400-block of Carlisle Pike in Reading Township. They say 20-year old Daniel Wonder, III, was driving north when he hit an unknown object. Wonder continued to drive for about 200-yards before stopping and summoning police. That is when the body of an unknown Hispanic man, between 25 and 35-years old was found at the scene. Troopers believe the victim was run over and dragged for about 10-yards.

State Police at the Gettysburg Barracks are asking anyone with information to contact them at (717) 334-8111.
