Suspect in Harrisburg’s 9th homicide arrested

HARRISBURG, Pa. –  Harrisburg City Police arrest the suspect wanted in last weekend’s shooting death of 32 year old Bryan Taylor.  Taylor was found at about 3:42 a.m. on Saturday July 30, on the 1400 block of Vernon Street dead from a gunshot wound.

Just before 8 p.m. tonight , detectives and members of the Street Crimes Unit located 29 year old Markus Williams in a home on the 700 block of South 21st Street. Taylor was urged to come out of the residence. He did and surrendered without incident.

Williams is charged with Criminal Homicide, Carrying a Firearm without a License and Former Convict Not to Possess a Firearm.
