During the ensuing investigation, Upper Allen Police identified Christopher D. Turner, Jeremy Weldon, Robby Zoller and Sergio Barr as being participants in the above listed crimes and obtained warrants for their arrest. The storage unit was leased by Turner and was being used under the name Bar Breakers to sell stolen property across the United States. Property management of the storage facility cooperated with the investigation and Turner simply leased a space at the location.

Barr, 41, of Camp Hill, was arrested on Tuesday August 2nd, and is in Cumberland County Prison. Weldon, 38, of Harrisburg, was arrested today and is also in Cumberland County Prison.

Both men are charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking, Criminal Conspiracy and Receiving Stolen Property and await preliminary hearings.

Zoller is incarcerated on unrelated charges awaits preliminary arraignment. Turner is still wanted and the investigation is ongoing.

Police are asking anyone with more information about the crimes or business to contact Upper Allen Police at (717) 238-9676. An anonymous tip line is also available by calling or texting (717) 850-UAPD (8273).
