STEELTON, Pa. – A Steelton man faces charges after he allegedly choked out a 10 year old child.
The incident happened last weekend on Saturday August 8th during a domestic violence incident at a home in the 100 block of South Front Street in the Borough.
When Officers arrived on the scene they arrested 32 year old Earnest Harper for Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault and Harassment. Police say Harper did strangle a 10 year old boy until he was unconscious. He also assaulted the juveniles mother.
Harper was arrested on Thursday and taken to the Dauphin County Judicial Center for arraignment.
