19 year old man wounded in Lancaster City shooting

SHOTS FIRED

LANCASTER, Pa. – A 29-year old man was grazed by a bullet Monday night in Lancaster City.

The shooting happened at about 9:10 p.m. along the 500 block of Lafayette Street near New Dorwart Street. Police said he suffered a minor wound to his abdomen.

Officers spoke with the victim but he did not provide much information.  The man apparently was arguing with a group of people when a single gun shot was fired.

The victim refused medical attention.  Lancaster City Police Department is still investigating.
