Police find man in crashed car in Memorial Park

LEMOYNE, Pa.– A West Shore Regional Police Officer found a man in a crashed vehicle in Memorial Park on Sunday.

An officer was checking the park around 11:40 p.m. when he found a vehicle at the back of the park. Upon investigation, the officer found that the car had crashed through some trees. There he found the 52-year-old driver, who told the officer he had a medical emergency and ended up driving the car into and through the park before some crashing into some trees.

The driver told police that he did not know where he was or how he got there. It was determined that drugs and alcohol were not a factor in the crash.

Holy Spirit EMS responded and transported the driver to a local hospital for treatment.
