Lancaster man wanted for stealing cases of baby formula

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa – Northern Lancaster County Regional Police have an arrest warrant for Josue Rivera-Mercado of Lancaster.  Investigators identified Mercado, 30, as the person involved in a theft at the Target at 960 Lititz Pike on August 11th.

Rivera-Mercado, 30, is accused of stealing numerous cases of energy drinks and baby formula valued at $501.21 without paying for them.  His last known address was in the 400 block of St. Joseph Street.  He is charged with Retail Theft and Criminal Trespass.
