FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. – UPDATE: Samantha Moats was located and is safe this morning.
Washington Township Police is seeking help from the public in locating a missing teenager. Samantha Moats, 15, was seen at Waynesboro High School. Her parents reported that she did not return home today.
Moats is a white female, about 5 feet 5 inches tall, and weighs 105 pounds.
