STEELTON, Pa. -Steelton Borough Police arrested and charged Dorothy Anne Miller, 29, and George William Stanley, 29, for bad checks and theft by failure to make required disposition of funds.
Police say that Miller and Stanley, operating as Traditional Paving, submitted a bad check in the amount of $924.00 to Hempt Brothers, of Steelton, for materials. The two were given several opportunities this month to repay the money and avoid criminal prosecution.
Both were arraigned Friday at the Dauphin County Judicial Center.
