DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. – A child reported missing along with her mother by the child’s father has been found safe in Ohio.

On August 26, Todd Croman reported to the Swatara Township Police Department that he was concerned for the safety and well being of his daughter, Parisia Lowery-Croman.  Croman said that Parisia was to be with her mother, Jessica Lowery, who has legal custody.  Croman said per the custody agreement he is to get Parisia one weekend a month but said that he had not seen his daughter since June 2016.

Family members of Jessica suspect that she has a drug problem due to her recent actions.

Jessica Lowery and her daughter were located in Columbus at about 3:15 p.m. Monday by the Columbus City Police.  Lowery had committed a parking violation and the running of her tag triggered Swatara Police to be notified via NCIC. Lowery was arrested on her outstanding warrants and is being held for extradition to Pennsylvania.

The child is in good condition and has been placed in protective custody until her family can retrieve her.
