Police in Lititz, Lancaster County are looking for an elderly man who suffers from dementia and other physical problems.
87-year old Vincent Labella left his home around 7:00 p.m. Sunday, driving a tan colored 2004 Buick Century with a PA license plate number of JVW-2282. He was driving just a short distance away from his home, but failed to arrive.
