SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – A Carlisle man is arrested after a 7 year old child calls police to report that he was beating up her mother.
Shippensburg Police responded to the call at 134 South Earl Street on Sunday for an active physical domestic dispute between a man and woman.
When officers arrived at the scene they took 29 year old Mark David Rogers, Jr. into custody. Rogers was charged with Simple Assault and Harassment.
