West Hanover, Twp, Dauphin County — Pennsylvania State Police in Harrisburg reported that a man who inappropriately touched a teenage co-worker was charged with indecent assault.
Police responded to the incident at McDonald’s, 7845 Linglestown Road, West Hanover Township, on Monday, June 20. The victim was a 17-year old teenager, who alleges she was touched by her co-worker, 46-year old Scott Daniel Flowers, of Harrisburg, inappropriately.
Flowers was charged with indecent assault, corruption of minors, and unlawful contact with a minor. He was arraigned on the charges and bail was set at $25,000, due to his cooperation in the case, according to police.
According to police, McDonald’s terminated Flower’s employment.
