More 90s are expected, with highs in the upper 80s to lower 90s. A stray thunderstorm or two is possible later during the day and evening, but most should stay dry.
WEEKEND OUTLOOK: The heat and humidity continue into the first half of the weekend. Friday highs are near 90, and then in the lower to middle 90s on Saturday. There is the chance for a few thunderstorms later during the day on Saturday with the next system. Cooler and less humid air works in on Sunday. It’s sunny, with temperatures still above seasonable averages, in the middle 80s.
NEXT WEEK: Plenty of sunshine remains for early next week. The humidity is back to comfortable levels Monday and Tuesday. Temperatures still run a bit above seasonable averages for this time of year. Expect afternoon high temperatures in the lower to middle 80s.
