CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa.- West Shore Regional Police responded at about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday night to the 300 Block of Walton Street, Lemoyne for a possible intoxicated male.
Officers arriving on the scene made contact with 42-year-old Jeffrey Alan Bretz of the 400 Block of Herman Avenue, Lemoyne. Bretz exhibited signs of intoxication and was taken into custody. He was also found to be in possession of suspected Heroin and drug paraphernalia for the consumption of Heroin.
Charges against Bretz include Possession of a Controlled Substance(heroin), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Drunkenness.
