LEBANON, Pa.–A 58-year-old man is facing charges after police say he exposed himself in Lebanon on Friday morning to a mother and her young daughter.
Steven Dombroski, no current address, is charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and open lewdness. He was arrested and taken to the Lebanon County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 bail.
The incident happened along the 1000 block of Lehman Street around 10:20 a.m.
Police say Dombroski completely exposed himself and urinated on a utility pole in view of the public, including a mother and her 10-year-old daughter.
