Steelton, Pa. — In June 2016 the Steelton Police began a cooperative investigation with Dauphin County Children and Youth. On September 7th, the Steelton Police arrested Joshua Lant for aggravated indecent assault, indecent exposure and indecent assault. He was taken to the Dauphin County Judicial Center for arraignment.
