LANCASTER, Pa. – Several Lancaster City juveniles, one armed with a BB gun, are identified and charged in a theft from a vehicle incident.
On Tuesday September 13, police responded to the area of W. Chestnut Street and Elm Street for a report of Theft from Motor Vehicle that had just occurred. Officers checked the area and located (3) juvenile males at College Avenue and W. Lemon Street.
Those juveniles matched the descriptions provided by the caller. The juveniles were positively identified by witnesses. One of the juveniles was found to be in possession of a BB gun that is a replica of a semi-automatic handgun.
Officers are still conducting investigations into thefts in the NW area of the city to see if there are any related incidents that are linked to these arrests. The juveniles, all residents of Lancaster City, had allegations filed before Lancaster County Juvenile Probation. Charges range from Theft from Motor Vehicle, Criminal Conspiracy, Criminal Attempt and Possession Small Amount Marijuana.
