LOWER SWATARA TWP., Dauphin County, Pa. — A Middletown man is accused of inappropriately touching a young girl in a vehicle. Alan Scott Miller, 48 of the 100 block of Water Street in Middletown, allegedly touched the girl on August 20th, when they were in a vehicle together.
Lower Swatara Township Police charged Miller with one count of Indecent Assault and one count of Corruption of Minors. A criminal summons was issued to Miller to answer to the aforementioned charges on tuesday, September 13.
