LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – West Hempfield Township Police are on the lookout for the suspect in the early morning robbery of the Mountville Turkey Hill.   It happened at about 2:02 a.m. at the store located at 320 East Main Street.

Officers learned from the store employee, and by viewing the Turkey Hill Store surveillance footage that the suspect appeared to be a thin build, black male, between 5’-6” and 5’-8” tall, who appeared to be wearing all black clothing and a black or dark grey hoodie tied close to his face.

The store employee told police that she was in the office area of the store when the suspect approached her and demanded money. She said that the suspect did not display or threaten her with a weapon during the robbery.

The suspect ran out of the store with some cash. There were no customers in the store at that time, and the store employee was not harmed.  It is unknown whether the robber acted alone.
