YORK, Pa. — York City Police make an arrest in a homicide case. Ronald Carter, 56, of York City, is in custody for the homicide of Terry Leonard. The incident occurred at the boarding house where Leonard lived at 601 W. King St. on September 2nd. Leonard, 66, was found with a stab wound to his chest. Leonard was an amputee who lost his leg to diabetes years ago, according to his brother.
