Friday is another seasonal, sun-filled day


Friday is another fairly seasonable day, with temperatures in the middle to upper 70s.




Friday is another comfortable day for the York Fair.

COMFY FRIDAY: Canadian high pressure keeps the seasonable and comfortable conditions in place on Friday. It’s a cool and comfortable start, with temperatures beginning in the 50s. A few locations manage to dip into the upper 40s. There’s plenty of sunshine to start as well. Some added clouds are expected during the afternoon, but plenty of sun remains. Humidity levels are still low too. Expect temperatures in the middle to upper 70s, a touch above seasonal averages for this time of year.




Sunday is expected to be our next best chance for widespread showers and thunderstorms.

WEEKEND OUTLOOK: A 50/50 weekend is shaping up for the region. Skies turn partly sunny quickly Saturday as our next cold front approaches. The humidity is up a bit more, and afternoon high temperatures are in the lower to middle 80s. A late day shower humidityor thunderstorm is possible, but most stay dry. Sunday the cold front brings afternoon showers and thunderstorms. Temperatures hover near 80 degrees depending on how many peaks of sunshine.



NEXT WEEK: Monday brings partly cloudy skies and the chance for a few early showers. Expect afternoon high temperatures in the upper 70s to lower 80s. Tuesday is dry with partly cloudy skies. Temperatures remain above seasonable averages, in the lower to middle 80s. Wednesday is partly cloudy with temperatures still in the 80s. The first day of fall is above average and even toastier! Highs are in the middle to upper 80s under partly cloudy skies.
