HARRISBURG, Pa.–A Harrisburg man was arrested Wednesday after he was caught selling heroin.

Junior Villanueva-Soler , 42, is charged with possession with intent-heroin, criminal use of a communication device, possession of drug paraphernalia and persons not to possess a firearm.

The Harrisburg Vice unit conducted an undercover operation in which $60 worth of heroin was purchased from Villanueva-Soler in front of 449 Crescent Street, where he lives.

Police searched his home and discovered 100 bags of heroin worth $1,000 and a gun.

The gun was not listed as stolen, but was last owned by a gun shop.

Police say Villanueva-Soler was previously convicted on drug charges and is not allowed to have a gun.

Villanueva-Soler was arraigned Thursday and taken to Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 23.
