EAST HANOVER TOWNSHIP, Pa.–A teenager was arrested Friday after police say he pointed a BB gun at a Lower Dauphin School bus with students on board.

Dalton J. Kramer, of Grantville, is charged with terroristic threats. He was arraigned on $10,000 bail, according to online court documents.

Pennsylvania State Police troopers responded to Saginaw Street and Houston Drive in East Hanover Township around 3:54 p.m. after receiving a report that a man, later identified as Kramer, pointed a gun at a passing school bus and other people in the area.

Fearing for her safety and the children, the school bus driver immediately drove to a nearby school and called 911, according to police reports.

It is unknown how many students were on board the bus.

Police found Kramer in the area and investigators determined the gun was a BB gun.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 26.
