YORK, Pa.-- A tractor trailer that crashed into the median of the highway has slowed traffic on Interstate 83 NB early this morning.
The crash occurred shortly after 1 a.m., near the Mount Rose Exit in Springettsbury Township.
As of 5:05 a.m., the southbound lanes are open while both northbound lanes are still closed at this time.
Officials say the believe there are injuries, but the extent and amount of injuries is unclear.
