2-year-old dies after being struck by vehicle driven by aunt in West Earl

WEST EARL TOWNSHIP, Pa.–Police have released the name of the 2-year-old girl who was killed Tuesday after she was struck by a vehicle driven by her aunt in Lancaster County.

It happened along the 300 block of South Farmersville Road in West Earl Township around 10:15 a.m.

According to police reports,  2-year-old Andrea Zimmerman was struck by a vehicle driven by her aunt, 23-year-old Grace Martin, of Terre Hill.

The little girl was taken by ambulance to Lancaster General Hospital, where she later died.

The investigation is ongoing.
