CARLISLE, Pa. – On Sunday, September 25, at about 8 p.m., Carlisle Borough Police units respond to the 400 block of East High Street for a report of suspicious activity.
Two males wearing dark colored clothes were seen walking towards the unused warehouses behind the Rhone Brewery. One suspect was identified as Austin J. Barrick of Carlisle. Both suspects were not authorized to be on the premises.
Barrick and the other suspect were arrested for trespassing. During a search while in custody Barrick was found to be in possession of illegal drugs as well as equipment to distribute and sell the drugs.
He was taken Cumberland County Prison and arraigned on charges of Possession with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Criminal Trespass and Defiant Trespass.
