DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. – Detectives from the Ephrata Police Department file theft charges against two men after an investigation revealed that they committed thefts at two different Adamstown businesses in late July and early August of this year.

Timothy James Cuthbert, 55, of Bellefonte, Centre County and his accomplice Kenneth James Edwards, 52, Highspire, Dauphin County are both charged with multiple counts of Theft and Conspiracy.

Police say the two men conspired to steal money and credit cards from employees at a business in the 2800 block of North Reading Road and another business  first block of Willow Street, Adamstown.  During the incidents, one suspect distracted an employee, while the other located the employees’ purse and stole money and credit cards.
