According to a police report, on Thursday, Sept. 22, at approximately 9 p.m., Love was driving a silver SUV in the area of North 2nd and Pine streets. That’s where she swerved and struck a telephone pole.

Love was determined to be driving under the influence of alcohol, police said, with minor children inside the SUV. Police arrested her and charged Love for DUI, endangering the welfare of children and careless driving.

She was transported to the Dauphin County Judicial Center for arraignment, police reported.
