Manuel Tinoco Garcia, 67, was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 12-year-old boy over three years in various City of Lebanon locations, Lebanon County District Attorney wrote in a released statement.
Garcia was arrested and arraigned on Wednesday, Sept. 28, and placed in Lebanon County Correctional Facility. His bail was set at $100,000, according to the district attorney’s office.
Lebanon County Detective Bureau charged Garcia with the following:

Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse
Indecent Assault
Corruption of Minors
Endangering the Welfare of Children
Indecent Exposure
Intimidation of a Witness
