Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump will square off in their second scheduled 2016 presidential debate on Sunday, Oct. 9 at 9 p.m. ET. It will be held at Washington University in St. Louis, MO.
The format will be a “town meeting,” which is different from the two-podium setup at the first debate and the roundtable at the vice presidential contest, CNN reported. Clinton and Trump will face questions from audience members and some selected social media or other sources, according to the debate commission.
The audience will be made up of undecided voters, selected by Gallup. The debate commission said the candidates will each have two minutes to respond to the questions, and then the moderators can draw out the question for another minute, CNN reported.
