DAUPHIN COUNTY – The Harrisburg Heat have a new owner and a fresh outlook on the upcoming season. They held tryouts and camp last week at Sports City in Dauphin County. The team is in the process of finalizing the roster for what they expect to be a vastly improved product on the field.

"You know we're here to change things," said Stephen Basso of the Heat. "We know in the past they weren't so strong so we have to come out here and prove to this community that we mean business and we want to win. We want to bring championships here for them, for us, for the club and organization."

"We're putting a whole new stamp on this," explained Heat Owner Carl Delmont. "It's new ownership, new season, new team, new coaches, new everything. We are going to compete. We are the talk of the league right now. People are excited to see what we are doing."

Your first chance to check out the Heat is Saturday, November 5th against the Blast at the Farm Show Arena.
