CUMBERLAND, Pa. – Middlesex Township Police are looking for a missing 15-year-old girl. Police say that Ivy Phillips, left her home in the 3200 block of Spring Road, Carlisle, shortly after midnight Monday morning and has failed to return home.
Ivy is described as a white female, with brown eyes, and black hair below the shoulders. She is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 110 pounds. She may be carrying an off white colored book bag with flower designs on it.
