Aircraft mysteriously vanishes at South Londonderry Twp. airport

SOUTH LONDONDERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa.–Authorities in Lebanon County are investigating after someone apparently stole a plane from an airport hangar in Palmyra.

Timothy Bowles, of Enola, reported to police that a Quicksilver Ultralight aircraft, which he had hangared at Reigle Airport along South Forge Road in South Londonderry Township was stolen sometime on or after Wednesday, Oct. 5.

The aircraft is red, with yellow markings, according to South Londonderry Township police reports.

Anyone with information or may have witnessed the aircraft leaving the airport is asked to call 717-272-2054 or 717-838-1376.
