YORK, Pa.-- The most common tools to work out are barbells, machines, and weights.
However, just because you don't have access to these things doesn't mean you can't get a good workout in.
For example, Mindy Quesenberry from My Fitness Quest found herself at a cabin with nothing but a couple of gallon water jugs because of the lack of running water. That led her to create a workout using just the jugs!
