Two men injured, homes hit by bullets and people scared after Lancaster shootings

LANCASTER, Pa. - Around 2:15pm, on October 6, police report shots were fired in the 200 block of Juniata St. A bullet hit someone's front porch. Over the weekend, there were a few other incidents of shots being fired, but no one was hurt.

"We all have the right to feel safe in our neighborhoods and a lot of people don’t," said Joe Guzman.

Lowell Foster faces charges for allegedly shooting a man inside a Queen Street home on Wednesday, October 12, according to police. He was arrested Friday, in Harrisburg, with assistance from the Sheriff's Department and the US Marshals.
Thursday morning around 11:15am, police say a 19-year-old went to the hospital with a gunshot wound in his chin. Police discovered the shooting occurred in the 500 block of Orange St. Three men face charges for tampering with evidence in the case.
Police are asking anyone who witnessed anything related to any of the shootings to give them a call.
