WEEKS STARTS WARM: A weak front draped across the region slowly drifts north Monday, and this brings the chances for a few morning showers. Otherwise, it’s a mild start with patchy areas of fog and haze. Temperatures begin in the 50s for most. Clouds slowly break through late morning to afternoon, leading to some sun. This allows temperatures to jump well above seasonable temperatures for this time of year. Readings reach the middle 70s to about 80 degrees! The warmth continues through the middle of the week as a strong area of high pressure builds into the region. There’s more by way of sunshine Tuesday. It also feels a bit humid, with temperatures in the lower to middle 80s! Wednesday, the numbers come down a notch as our next system, approaches. It increases clouds, with the chance for a stray shower, but most stay dry. Highs are in the upper 70s to lower 80s.
COOLER & UNSETTLED: Our next system continues to take it’s time approaching. A few showers are possible Thursday with plenty of clouds. Much of the rain associated with this system likely waits until night to arrive. Showers likely linger into Friday. Temperatures are in the middle 70s Thursday, and then fall to near 70 degrees on Friday.
WEEKEND OUTLOOK: The weekend looks much cooler, but it is also drier. Breezy conditions and partly sunny skies are anticipated for Saturday. Highs are near 60 degrees. Sunday brings a similar scenario, with temperatures just a touch higher.
