LANCASTER, Pa- Police in Lancaster County have arrested a man after he was caught with a stolen gun and drugs.

According to police, on Wednesday October 18, just before 4:00 p.m. police responded to the 700 block of Marietta Avenue for reports of a man selling drugs.

When officers arrived they found Moises Acosta. Acosta ran from police. After a brief foot chase police arrested Acosta and found him to be in possession of a .38 caliber revolver which was found to be reported stolen out of Dauphin County in June 2015.

Along with the stolen gun, Acosta was found in possession of multiple quantities of both cocaine and heroin.

Acosta is now being charged with three felonies, firearms not to be carried without a license, receiving stolen property, and two counts of possession with intent to deliver.

Acosta is currently in Lancaster County Prison in lieu of  $250,000 bail.
