LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa.– Police in Lancaster say two men and a juvenile were arrested after responding to a threat of a shooting Thursday night in the city.
Police were called just before 9:30 p.m. along the 500 block of Manor Street for a report of a group of males threatening to shoot someone.
Upon arriving, police said the group scattered on foot. One of the males identified as Khalil Jackson, 18, threw a plastic bag and yelled for someone to pick it up. Police said Colin King, 19, picked up the plastic bag and continued the round of ‘felony hot potato’ when an officer approached him.
Jackson, King, and a 16-year-old suspect were all arrested after a brief foot chase.
Police located the plastic bag and found a .38 caliber revolver, which was reported as stolen in 2014 by West Hempfield Township police.
King, of Wilkes-Barre, is charged with three felony counts firearms not be carried without a license, and two felony counts of receiving stolen property.
Jackson, of Lancaster, is charged with firearms not to be carried without a license, receiving stolen property, terroristic threats, and possession of marijuana.
The juvenile is to be charged with terroristic threats.
