Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County, Pa. — On October 4, 2016, the Lower Paxton Township Police Department was dispatched to the 4600 block of Jonestown Road for a report of a retail theft. Upon arrival, LPPD officers learned that Loss Prevention personnel watched a female suspect remove items from their packaging, conceal them on her person and leave the area without paying for the merchandise. The Lower Paxton Police Department is seeking help in identifying the subject – who is pictured in this release.
