HARRISBURG, Pa.– Police are investigating a home invasion shooting that has left one man dead and a woman injured.

According to Harrisburg Police, just after 10:30 p.m. Saturday,  officers were called to the 500-block of Calder Street for a home invasion.

When police arrived, they found one man identified as David Henry, 20, shot in the abdomen. He was pronounced dead at the scene. There was also a female victim, who neighbor say is Henry’s grandmother, inside the home with a gunshot wound to the hand. She was taken to a hospital for treatment, police said.

Upon investigation, police discovered there were three suspects wearing some type of masks, that forced their way into the house.

One of the suspects shot and killed Henry, and then they all fled the scene.

At this time police do not have a description of the suspects. Neighbors FOX43 spoke with describe Henry as a “very sweet boy.” They were heartbroken to learn of his death.

Dauphin County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2000.00 for information leading to an arrest in this crime.
