FRIDAY SUNSHINE
We are dry to end the week. Bright skies help warm us back to seasonable averages, in the middle and upper 50s. It’s a breezy day too!
The high school football frenzy forecast is looking perfect. Be prepared with jackets and/or sweatshirts to stay warm. The wind will add to the chill during the evening. Temperatures fall through the 50s to the upper 40s as games are wrapping up.
WEEKEND SYSTEM
Our next system quickly approaches for the weekend. Only a stray shower possible Saturday. Temperatures are quite mild in the upper 60s to near 70 degrees. Shower threat increases for the second half of the weekend, but a breezy west wind and a mild beginning to the day, allows temperatures to once again flirt with 70 degrees. Only a few showers expected with the front during the late afternoon hours.
NEXT WEEK
Looks like we enjoy a few dry days in a row. Plenty of sunshine to begin the week with highs in the lower 60s. Clouds increase a bit for Tuesday and we’ll add a few more degrees to afternoon highs. Once again, we could approach 70 degrees Wednesday. In fact, low 70s is quite possible ahead of our next frontal system, which drops south late towards the evening, bringing a few showers to the area.
