HERSHEY, Pa.-- Halloween weekend is upon us, and everyone is beginning to get into the spirit of the holiday.
That includes Hershey Gardens, which will be hosting a family-friendly, non-scary Pumpkin Glow event on Friday and Saturday evenings from 6-8:30 p.m.
Each year, Hershey Gardens decorates about 150 jack-o-lanterns and scarecrows. Culinary arts students from Lebanon County Career & Technology will be giving pumpkin carving demonstrations.
Children are encouraged to come dressed in their costumes, as they are able to travel a lit path with carved pumpkins and eight stations where they can collect Hershey's candy.
There will also be a live creature exhibit featured in the Milton & Catherine Hershey Conservatory.
Dan Babbitt, the associate director of Hershey Gardens, is stopping by the set of FOX43 Morning News to offer more information on the event.
