CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. – On Tuesday, November 1, West Shore Regional Police along with the Cumberland County Drug Task Force conducted a drug investigation in the 800 Block of Market Street in Lemoyne Borough. This resulted in the arrest of three individuals on drug related charges.
– 29-year-old Scotty Allen Osterman of the 800 Block of Market Street, Lemoyne: Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
– 48-year-old Mark Allen Header of the 800 Block of Market Street, Lemoyne: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
– 40-year-old Christopher James Theurer of the 1st Block of Willow Street, Highspire: Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
All three individuals were taken into custody and transported to Cumberland County Prison for processing.
